in the corner of your computer you should have an icon that looks like a printer. click on it and it should ask if you want to resume printing. Try that. if not hit the on button on your printer.
on the right hand side at the bottom you will see a printer icon. Click it and see if the last print job has a status ‘Deleting’. Right click on that row and cancel the print if it does’nt cancel you might need to restart your machine

re-install its program again.
