I am looking for a good Word Press plug in?

I have searched in the plugin directory and google, thus it has landed me here to ask someone :). Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow the admin to change text within a page to another font. For example, the css only allows Arial, admin wants a word to be in Times Roman, I need something that will allow this easily in the admin area. Add on can be paid or free, let me know. Thanks in advance.
I know you can do it in standard HTML mode, but when the customer is pretty much illiterate to HTML this method wouldn’t work. I need something more user friendly.
Upon examining the link you gave I believe Advanced TinyMCE will work for my needs for my customers. Thank you.

Switch to HTML view in the editor. Wrap the word you want changed with:
This will be in TNR
Note that if you use this method, you must remain in HTML editing mode.
