Does anyone know which blog site I can sign up with that will give me FULL freedom to design how I want?

HTML or nothing.
HTML is easy anyway, simplest markup language.
Try designing it in C++ xD
why not try wordpress.com
its more open than blogspot
If you’re going to start your blog at your own domain with different pages, you need a web host providing wordpress.
